If you wish to exchange for a different size, we offer a 15-days exchange from the time you received your order. If the 15-days deadline has passed, you will not be able to create your exchange your order.
Take note: Every Exchange will be charged a Exchange Fee of RM9.90 and Postage Fee (Postage Fee is calculated based on quantity of item/s and delivery location).
If you receive a product that is damaged, you can create a complaint. You create a complaint by sending the following info to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please attached pictures or a video showing the error, order number and which item your complaint concerns.
When we have received the info we can easily and quickly process your complaint.
All Orders will be processed and delivered within 10 – 15 working days from Order Date.
This is due to our high volume of orders.
Therefore, no urgent order request will be entertained.
If you have not received your order confirmation, there may be the following reasons:
